Custody

The primary test used in Kentucky to decide custody is “Best Interest of the Child”. Every case is different and the Judge will look at a plethora of factors in deciding what is in the best interest of the child.

Child support is then based off of the parenting schedule and the party’s income. It is important to understand your rights in order to protect you and your child in any situation.
